Experience the Flavors of Spain with this Authentic Spanish Paella!

Ingredients:

  • 300g bomba rice
  • 600ml chicken stock
  • 150g chicken pieces

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • A pinch of saffron threads

  2. Add the bell pepper, smoked paprika, and saffron threads. Stir well to combine.
  3. Stir in the bomba rice and ensure it is coated with the oil and spices.
  4. Pour in the chicken stock and season with salt and pepper. Allow it to simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Add the prawns on top of the rice and cook until the rice is done and the prawns are cooked through.
  6. Once cooked, remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
