Singaporean Chilli Crab

Ingredients:
  - 2 mud crabs, cleaned and chopped into pieces

  - 2 red chilies, sliced
 
  - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 
  - 1/2 cup chicken stock
 
  - 1 tbsp sugar
 
  - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 
  - Coriander leaves and sliced spring onions for garnish
 
Instructions:
  - Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and red chilies. Stir-fry until fragrant.
 
  - Add crab pieces to the wok and stir well.
 
  - Pour in tomato ketchup, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, chicken stock, and sugar. Mix everything together.
 
  - Cover and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the crabs are cooked through.
 
  - Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onions before serving.
