The History of Korean Bibimbap

  3. Blanch the soybean sprouts and spinach in boiling water, then rinse with cold water and squeeze out excess water.
  4. Fry the eggs sunny side up.
  5. Divide the cooked rice into bowls. Arrange the cooked vegetables and beef on top of the rice.
  6. Place a fried egg on the center of each bowl.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve with kimchi and gochujang on the side.
