Ingredients:

  • 500g beetroots, peeled and grated
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cabbage, shredded

  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste
