  • 2 tablespoons palm oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  2. Add the beef or fish cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Stir in the peanut butter and enough water to create a thick sauce. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Add the bitterleaf (or substitute) and shrimp, and cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
