  • 500g lamb, cubed

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 750ml water
  • 200g spaghetti, broken into small pieces

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until translucent.
  2. Add the lamb cubes to the pot and brown on all sides.
  3. Stir in the tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and spices. Cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 1.5 hours until the meat is tender.
  5. Add the broken spaghetti to the pot and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
