  5. In the same pan, add a bit more oil and cook the drained black beans until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. To assemble, place a serving of rice on a plate, top with shredded beef, black beans, and fried plantains.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy this delicious taste of Venezuela!
