Delicious Armenian Dolma!

Armenian Dolma consists of grape leaves stuffed with a mixture of rice, minced meat, onions, and a blend of aromatic herbs and spices. This flavorful dish is often served at gatherings and special occasions, bringing people together to enjoy hearty and comforting food.

Ingredients:
- 50 grape leaves
- 250g minced lamb
- 1 cup rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Blanch the grape leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the minced lamb, rice, onion, olive oil, tomato paste, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and pepper.
- Place a grape leaf flat on a surface, then add a spoonful of the filling in the center.
- Roll the grape leaf, tucking in the sides, to form a neat roll.
- Repeat with the remaining grape leaves and filling.
- Place the dolma rolls in a pot, seam side down, and add water to cover them.
- Cover the pot and simmer for about 45 minutes until the rice is cooked.
- Serve the dolma warm with a dollop of yogurt or a squeeze of lemon juice.
